Jalaiah Harmon is a 14 year old dancer and native of Atlanta, GA, who although is professionally trained in over 5 genres of dance, is better known to most as the curator of the Renegade dance challenge. After creating the dance in 2019, Jalaiah was finally recognized and earned the overdue credit for being the originator of the global dance craze in early 2020. Jalaiah has since been on a steady rise into the dance and entertainment industry and has appeared on The Ellen Degeneres Show, was a featured performance at the NBA All-Star Game, and even danced on the rooftop of the Atlanta Falcon's Mercedez Benz Stadium! At the start of her journey, Jalaiah received congratulatory Tweets from countless supporters and A-List celebrities, such as former First Lady Michelle Obama, award winning actress Gabrielle Union Wade, and Oscar winning Film Director, Matthew Cherry to name a few. Although many consider Jalaiah an inspiration and a true representation of 'Black Girl Magic', she still practices humility and puts school and family above her new found fame. In her spare time, Jalaiah enjoys hanging with friends and fellow dancers, surfing Netflix, and studying Hip Hop choreography, in hopes to one day fulfill her dream as a professional Hip Hop dancer and Choreographer.
